Minority Broker Partnerships (MBP) Takes Strategic Investment in Cyber Cover
Minority Broker Partnerships (MBP) has acquired a strategic investment in Cyber Cover, the London-based specialist cyber and technology insurance broker and digital platform.
Cyber Cover, which is redefining how cyber insurance is quoted, purchased and delivered, has secured a strategic investment from MBP. The funding will support the next phase of Cyber Cover’s growth as it continues to modernise cyber insurance distribution across the UK market.
Cyber Cover’s frictionless platform combines proprietary API integrations, intelligent automation and specialist human broking expertise to deliver faster, more intuitive and more accurate cyber insurance placements for brokers, resellers and direct customers. The investment will enable Cyber Cover to further scale its technology, enhance underwriting capability and expand its distribution footprint across key industry sectors.
Minority Broker Partnerships is backed by a group of highly respected insurance leaders, including Peter Cullum CBE, founder and Executive Chairman of both MBP and TBIG. Cullum is widely recognised for his long-standing influence and success in the UK insurance market, bringing additional credibility and strategic insight to the partnership.

Vincent Kenneth, Founder of Cyber Cover, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome MBP into the Cyber Cover journey. Peter Cullum and the MBP team bring decades of insurance leadership, distribution expertise and experience in scaling high-growth businesses. Their support comes at a pivotal moment as the UK and global cyber markets evolve at pace.
This partnership will help us accelerate our technology roadmap, broaden our insurer API connections and deliver an even more frictionless cyber buying experience for our customers and broker partners.”
Cyber Cover currently works with multiple leading cyber insurers through direct API connectivity, enabling real-time quotes, improved underwriting accuracy and instant policy fulfilment. The platform also offers a white-label partner portal, allowing IT resellers, MSPs and affinity groups to distribute cyber insurance seamlessly under their own brand.
Vincent added:
“Cyber risk is now a top-three priority for UK businesses of all sizes. With MBP’s investment, we are doubling down on innovation, speed and service quality to make cyber insurance easier to understand, easier to access and easier to trust.”
“This investment marks a major milestone for Cyber Cover and underscores investor confidence in its ability to scale responsibly and profitably in one of the fastest-growing areas of the insurance market.”

James McCaffrey, CEO of Minority Broker Partnerships, said:
“As each day passes, the demand for cyber insurance continues to grow. We are therefore delighted to invest in Cyber Cover, a market-leading specialist in its field. We have been hugely impressed by the business – from the quality of the people and the insurer panel to the strength of the digital platform itself. It is genuinely cutting-edge technology.
Peter Cullum and I very much look forward to working with Vincent, Chris and the wider team to help Cyber Cover continue its strong growth trajectory and move quickly into the next stage of its exciting journey.”
